We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to help support and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client on-boarding, retention, and support.
- Educate clients about the services and features of the product
- Respond to client inquiries and provide full-scale account support
- Set up client accounts and dashboards.
- Run/execute email campaigns through the brand platform.
- Manage social media platforms, social media ads, and Google ads
- Do upselling to existing clients
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Research and process-oriented
- Good analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the email marketing process, DNS records, and nameservers is a plus.
- Experience in online marketing strategies, marketing services, advertising platforms, and common solutions to help advise clients.
- Strong background in digital marketing
- Experience in sales and lead generation an advantage
- US political knowledge a plus
