We are looking for a digital marketing expert who has experience working with multiple marketing channels and can create high-converting marketing funnels. This individual will be responsible for creating marketing strategies for multiple brands and working closely with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign execution across all paid digital campaigns including defining target audiences, testing, tracking, optimization, and reporting
- Optimize and expand customer acquisition strategies to ensure growth targets are met to achieve profitable funnel conversion and CLTV objectives
- Design and implement comprehensive tracking and attribution strategy to quantify performance and effectively determine ROAS
- Ability to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into their underlying drivers to understand and influence performance from first principles
- Allocate digital marketing budgets across channels and campaigns to achieve KPIs (CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Work closely with other marketing team members to create, test, and optimize landing page strategies, ad copy, and other creative assets
- Create marketing strategies for multiple brands and work closely with the marketing team to improve performance and ensure goals are being met
Job requirements:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proven track record of driving towards acquisition goals under set targets, timelines, and budgets
- Experience in creating an acquisition strategy
- Knowledgeable in brand development strategy
- Skilled in Inbound and Outbound marketing development and developing a thorough marketing plan
- Experience working with b2b marketing campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior management and internal teams
- Experience working both strategically as well as tactically to build, deploy & track campaigns
- High-level knowledge of best practices and evolving omnichannel marketing strategies for paid advertising
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong work ethic, project management, and organization skills, with an eye for detail, and has the ability to bring an idea to life with minimal supervision
- Solid knowledge of website analytics
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Copywriting experience is a plus but not required
